NASSCOM India Leadership Forum will be held in Mumbai, from Feb. 14th till 16th, 2012.
The organizers – National Association of Software and Services Companies NASSCOM – is a non-profit organization with over 1.200 members, of which over 250 are IT / BPO companies operating on the global markets. The goal of this year’s meeting of business leaders, organized for the 20th time, is to discuss the current situation and perspectives of information technology and outsourcing services sectors on the Indian market as well as the threats, opportunities and challenges of further expansion of Indian companies on the international market.
More than 1.500 delegates from 34 countries participated in the last year’s NASSCOM Forum, including 20-member strong delegation from Poland. During the conference the potential to cooperate with Indian counterparts in IT / BPO sectors was signaled by a number of participating countries, including the UK, Germany and Poland - the latter represented by enterprises located in iys eastern regions.
Again this year the Polish Agency for Information and Foreign Investment is organizizng an investment business mission consisting of representatives of IT / BPO enterprises, active in manufacturing and services and located in Eastern Poland. They will be accompanied by members of the management of Special Economic Zones in Tarnow and Mielec, as well as representatives of cities from the region – Bialystok, Lublin, Rzeszow and additionally – from Lodz.
This year the Polish Mission enjoys the status of the Forum’s “Silver Sponsor” and will have its own information stand at the lobbies.
From Feb. 16th until 17th the Mission will be visiting New Delhi. There will be business session organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and will be followed by a series of B2B meetings. The details will be submitted later.
